LED retrofits are the simplest energy upgrade with the fastest payback — usually 18–36 months for commercial spaces. We replace fluorescent T8/T12 tubes, HID warehouse fixtures, and incandescent/halogen residential fixtures with modern LEDs.

Commercial LED retrofits qualify for utility rebates from RI Energy and Eversource that often cover 50–70% of project cost. We handle the rebate paperwork and pre-approval.

For residential we focus on can-light retrofits, kitchen + garage flood replacements, and outdoor security lighting.
